Dinner Dance – Thank you

ANNUAL AWARDS DINNER & DANCE – NEIL PHILPOTTS

My thanks to all who made the event possible this year. The venue was excellent, ideally suited to us with many Club members staying overnight waking the next morning to snow-covered countryside.The evening went well, no hitches and the guest speaker was really well received; interesting and amusing with many members chatting to Barry and asking him questions throughout the evening, some even said he was their all time hero – Alan Smith had bought his book and had it autographed on the night and a number of other members were getting their menus autographed! Barry also brought a number of presents for the raffle including his own book (the same book Alan Smith had already bought). The dance floor was well situated in comparison to last years
