Help Wanted
As you are all probably aware this year’s event is almost upon us. The organising team has been working hard in the background for many months now to make the event happen and to run it to the usual high standards.
The physical demands of the event seem to get greater each year or maybe it’s the fact that the organisers are not getting any younger but either way additional assistance is needed to keep the event running and to keep it up where it belongs – held in the highest regard up and down the country.
We are not asking you to give up your weekend or take several days off work to help out although if you were able to do this, it would be greatly appreciated.
All we ask is that you, your friends or one or two members of your service crew give up a couple of hours to help the teams setting up and clearing down over the three days it takes to run the event.
We require help with setting up on Thursday 5th & Friday 6th and early Saturday morning.
We then require as much help as possible for a couple of hours after the event finishes on the Saturday; this is when we really lack the help and a good crowd would make it possible to clear away in a couple of hours rather than the same small group every year working until nearly midnight whilst everyone else has gone home or to the pub.

All help is very welcome and appreciated ….. and will be rewarded with a cold beer after the event !
