John “Stanty” Stant

It is with a very heavy heart that Wallasey Motor Club have to announce the passing of long standing member John “STANTY” Stant.

STANTY passed peacefully at Arrowe Park Hospital, after a battle with cancer, way too early.

Among everything else, Stanty will be remembered for his love of anything with an engine in it, his rallying and racing exploits, and his hilariously informative and amusing commentary’s on the Clubs Promenade Stages Rally for many years.

Wallasey Motor Club sends its thoughts and condolences to Irene, Jess, Ellie and family.

John’s funeral will take place at 11.30 on Friday 2/2/24 at
