North West Stages Rally 7th & 8th February.

North West Stages Rally 7th & 8th February 2014.

Wallasey are one of the founder members of Motor Sport North West, and our late member Richie Pearl was one of the key organisers and Clerk of the Course for this now popular and well established multi-venue stage rally.

This rally is based at the Norbreck Hotel and Conference Centre, and will commence with floodlit stages on the Friday evening along Blackpool Promenade.

Wallasey MC have undertaken to set-up and run the stage at Trax Karting Centre, located near Preston Docks. This is a good all-tarmac venue which has eager support from the venue owners, and was a successful addition to last year’s event.

This is a spectator stage for both the floodlit Friday evening and Saturday afternoon.

We require your support and assistance to set-up the stage during the Friday, from 12:00pm, to be ready for the stage start at around 6:00pm. The associate event sponsors of Lookers Citroen Preston will have a big presence here, like last year.

We require marshals for – arrival control, stage arrival, start, flying finish and finish, with a passage control to exit the venue. It’s all good tarmac and the catering unit is within the arrival & start/finish area!

The Saturday stage will be in the afternoon from approx 1:00pm, and again is a popular spectator venue. We don’t have to do car parking or programme sales!!

Join us for the Friday evening gathering in the palatial Norbreck with the Rally Village and Parc-ferme all within the inside conference centre.
