The organising Committee for this year’s Promenade Stages Rally would pleased to hear from anyone or company who would like to be the main sponsor for this years Promenade Stages Rally.

The sponsorship package includes, but is not limited to the following:-

1. The naming of the event i.e. ” Your company name Promenade Stages Rally 2011″

2. The Banner headers for both the WMC and Promenade Stages website

3. A full “sponsors” page advertisement on the Promenade Stages website

4. Coverage on all the official literature, Rally regulations, final regulations and results

5. Rally Programme, front page coverage and full colour full page advertisement (2010 distribution 2500)

6. Your company logo on all rally plates for all competitors and rally officials cars

7. Your Company to be featured in a 1 hour TV programme of the rally on Motors TV.

8. Coverage in local press advertisements and local radio advertising

9. Coverage on all advertising posters (2011 distribution 200)

10. Logo included on all officials and competitors rally clothing

11. Coverage on the trophies and at the prize presentation

12. Sponsors name checks from two commentary positions throughout the day servicing all main spectator areas

13. Opportunity to display advertising banners on and around the stage/ spectator area/ paddock (to be provided by sponsor)

14. Opportunity to site trade / exhibition stand (to be provided by sponsor)

15. Opportunity for advertising material to be included in the competitors packs (to be provided by sponsor)

16. Free VIP entrance and car park passes
